All orders are carefully prepared and packed with love. Our standard processing time is five to seven business days from the time your order is placed. Orders for custom or personalized items may require additional time to ensure they meet our quality standards.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We partner with trusted carriers to provide safe and timely delivery. Please note that all delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside of our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow your order as it is delivered. Should your package be lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us at info@bodhitreetribe.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. Requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we may be unable to accommodate changes or cancellations.

At Bodhi Tree Tribe, we are committed to caring for the planet as well as our customers. Whenever possible, our packaging is made from recyclable or biodegradable materials, and we strive to use eco-conscious materials to ensure that products arrive safely. Please note that some components, such as certain stickers, may not be recyclable.
