Refund policy

At Bodhi Tree Tribe, every product is handcrafted with love, intention, and the highest standards of care.

Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our products, Bodhi Tree Tribe does not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or altered. Returns are accepted only for products in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as when received.

To request a return, contact info@bodhitreetribe.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for the return. Approval of any return is at the sole discretion of Bodhi Tree Tribe.

If a return is approved, you may select either store credit or a refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Bodhi Tree Tribe reserves the right to require photographic evidence before issuing a replacement, store credit, or refund.

By initiating a return, you acknowledge and agree that Bodhi Tree Tribe may deny any request that does not comply with these conditions. Bodhi Tree Tribe reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
