How long does it take for my order to be prepared?
We lovingly prepare and pack each order within five to seven business days, ensuring that every item meets our exacting standards for quality and care.

How are shipping costs determined?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We collaborate with trusted carriers to ensure your treasures reach you safely and timely. Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If any of your items arrive damaged or defective, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs to assist in processing a replacement, store credit, or refund, ensuring you are fully cared for. Items have to be unopened and in their original packaging.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Because our products are crafted for personal care and hygiene, returns are only accepted for items that are unopened and in their original packaging. Once approved, returns may be exchanged for store credit or a refund, allowing your self-care journey to continue seamlessly.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, we may be unable to accommodate changes or cancellations as your treasures are already being prepared with love.

Are your products eco-conscious?
Absolutely! Most of our packaging is recyclable or biodegradable, reflecting our commitment to nurturing the planet as well as your skin. Some elements, such as stickers, may not be recyclable, but we always strive to use sustainable materials whenever possible.

Are Bodhi Tree Tribe products approved by the FDA?

All Bodhi Tree Tribe soaps and skincare products are handcrafted with natural, high-quality ingredients and are considered cosmetic products, not medical treatments.
As such, they are not evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA).

Our products are intended for external use only and are designed to support your daily self-care rituals ,not to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

Should I perform a patch test before using your products?

Yes, absolutely. 
Because everyone’s skin is unique, we always recommend doing a patch test before using any new product.
To test:

1. Apply a small amount of the soap or product to the inside of your arm.

2. Wait 24 hours.

3. If no irritation occurs, the product is safe for you to use as intended.

Discontinue use immediately if irritation or redness appears.
