How are Bodhi Tree Tribe soaps made?
Our artisan soaps are handcrafted in small batches using a creamy soap base combined with thoughtfully selected ingredients such as clays, botanical powders, essential oils, and fragrances, depending on the individual bar.
Each soap has its own color, aroma, ingredients, and ritual inspiration, creating a unique sensory experience for your everyday shower.

Are your soaps handmade?
Yes. Bodhi Tree Tribe artisan soaps are made in small batches rather than mass-produced as finished bars.
Because they are handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, appearance, and weight may naturally occur from bar to bar. We believe these little differences are part of what makes artisan soap special.
Do your soaps contain essential oils or fragrances?
Depending on the bar, our soaps may contain essential oils, fragrance oils, or other aromatic ingredients.
We identify the featured scent ingredients on each product page so you can choose the experience that feels right for you.
For those who prefer a fragrance-free option, we also offer our Natural Glow fragrance-free oatmeal soap.
How should I store my Bodhi Tree Tribe soap?
Allow your soap to drain and dry between uses. Avoid leaving the bar sitting in standing water or directly beneath the shower stream when you're not using it.
A draining soap dish or other well-ventilated surface can help keep your bar in good condition between showers.

How long does it take for my order to be prepared?
Orders are typically prepared, packed, and fulfilled within 5–7 business days.
Once your order ships, delivery time will depend on the carrier, shipping method, and destination. Available tracking information will be provided once your order is on its way.
Where does Bodhi Tree Tribe ship?
We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on factors such as your delivery location, package weight, and available shipping method.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please contact us at info@bodhitreetribe.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Please retain the item and its original packaging while we review your request.
Depending on the circumstances and our applicable store policy, an appropriate resolution may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Can I return or exchange a product?
For hygiene and product-safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging.
Eligible products may be returned only if they are:

- Unused
- In their original packaging
- In their original condition
All eligible returns are subject to the requirements and time limits stated in our current Refund Policy.
Products that have been opened, used, altered, or removed from their original packaging are not eligible for return or exchange due to the personal-care nature of our products.
